Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be sent to the admin on WhatsApp with your reference code and M-Pesa message.
• Refunds may be considered if you paid but the request was not started, or if you paid twice or the wrong amount.
• Refunds are not normally given after the service has been delivered, or because the number of views differed from your expectation, since no number is guaranteed.
• Each case is reviewed manually. Mobile money fees may not be refundable.
